What Samsung products can I buy using the Home Credit installment plan?
You can buy eligible Samsung smartphones, TV & AV, refrigerators, laundry appliances, and air conditioners online. Your basket total must be between ₱3,000 and ₱150,000.
What happens if my Home Credit application is rejected at checkout?
The offer is only for select eligible Home Credit account holders. If you don't see the green "0% interest" indicator in the Home Credit app, you're not eligible and can choose another payment method.
Can I return or cancel a Samsung product bought through Home Credit installment?
Product returns and cancellations follow Samsung's standard policies. For anything about your installment plan after purchase, please coordinate directly with Home Credit through their app.
Do I need a new Home Credit account, or can I use an existing one?
You need an existing Home Credit account, as this serves as your entry point to complete the transaction. Just log in to the Home Credit app to proceed.
What is Home Credit's Effective Interest Rate (EIR) and how does it affect my 0% offer?
The 0% installment is offered at 6, 9, 12, or 18-month terms, subject to Home Credit's EIR and approval. A 0.5% origination/processing fee also applies, capped at ₱150 per month.
Is the Home Credit installment offer available for in-store Samsung purchases too?
No. The offer is available exclusively online, on Samsung.com and the Samsung Online Store.
What documents or information do I need to check my Home Credit eligibility?
No documents are needed to check. Eligible customers will simply see a green "0% interest" indicator in the Home Credit app during the transaction.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my Home Credit installment payment?
Since your installment is managed by Home Credit, please reach out to them directly through the Home Credit app for any payment-related concerns.
The offer is available online via Samsung.com and the Samsung Online Store, so any eligible Home Credit account holder can avail it where online delivery is supported.
