1. How to Set Up Sleep Monitoring on Samsung Health
To begin using sleep monitoring, ensure your Galaxy Watch or Fit is properly connected to your phone via the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Open the Samsung Health app on your phone.
- Tap the Sleep tile on your Galaxy Watch or Fit.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enable sleep tracking.
2. What Data Can You Monitor?
Samsung Health provides comprehensive sleep insights, including:
- Sleep time: Total hours and minutes slept.
