2. How to Download the NOL Pay App
To get started, download the NOL Pay app from the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Samsung Galaxy device.
- Search for "NOL Pay" and select the official app by RTA Dubai.
- Tap "Install" to download and install the app.
- Once installed, open the app to begin setup.
3. How to Log In to the NOL Pay App
To log in to the NOL Pay app, follow these steps:
- Open the NOL Pay app on your Samsung Galaxy device.
- Tap on the "Login" option on the home screen.
- Use your UAE Pass credentials to log in.
- Confirm the authentication request from UAE Pass to complete the login process.
4. How to Digitize Your Physical NOL Card
To digitize your physical NOL card, follow these steps:
- Open the NOL Pay app and tap on "Get My NOL Card."
- Select "Digitise My Physical NOL Card."
- Review the notification stating that only Silver or Gold NOL cards can be digitized. Tap "Next" to proceed.
- Place your physical NOL card on the back of your Samsung Galaxy device. Ensure the card is aligned with the NFC reader area.
- Wait for the app to read the card. Do not move the device until the card is successfully scanned.
- Once the card is read, you will receive a notification confirming that the physical card is no longer usable. Tap "Continue" to issue the digital NOL card.
- Wait for the digital NOL card to be issued to your device. This process may take a few minutes.
- Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that the digital NOL card has been successfully downloaded to your device.

- Verify that your physical NOL card is a Silver or Gold card, as these are the only types supported for digitization.
