Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer two options for the Same-day delivery:

1- Normal Delivery:

Same day delivery is available for addresses located only within Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and is free of charge.

Same-day delivery is available for selected products ordered before 10:30 a.m., Monday to Saturday. The availability of this delivery option may vary during promotional periods.

2- Express Delivery

Availability and Eligibility

Express delivery is available exclusively for valid shipping addresses primarily located within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery will be completed within one to four (1-4) hours from the time the order is placed. This service is offered for select products and within specific timeframes. Please note that the availability of express delivery may vary during promotional periods.

Delivery Fee Refund Policy

A non-refundable delivery fee of AED 30 will apply once the order has been dispatched, regardless of any return requests. This fee will not be refunded in the following scenarios:
- If the customer’s mobile phone is unreachable during the delivery window, the order will be returned, and the order amount (excluding the delivery fee) will be refunded.
- If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a change in the delivery address is requested after dispatch. In such cases, the order will be returned, and the order amount (excluding the delivery fee) will be refunded.
